Exchange policy
In the case where the merchandise is defective or does not comply with your order, you have the right to exchange your product within 15 days from the date of purchase. Regarding earrings and lipsticks, if they are already used, for hygiene reasons, unfortunately we will not be able to take them back. However, you can still send us a message to see how we could help you.
If for some reason you don't like your product, we ask that you keep the packaged item in its original condition and notify us via WhatsApp Business at 1 (855) 939-5460 or by email at info@dylionam.com as soon as possible that you want to exchange it. Be sure to send us your contact details so we can follow up with you. Beyond 15 days, we no longer accept exchanges.

Refund policy
It is not possible to cancel an already completed transaction. If you have received a defective or damaged product, we can only exchange it within 15 days. By our policy, we do not grant refunds on purchases.
