What should I do if there is a problem with an item?
If you have a problem with an item, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to notify us. You can contact us by email at info@dylionam.com or by phone at 438 889-9188 . After this deadline, we we will not be able to take it back or exchange it for you.

What should I bring when picking up my order?
You must bring an ID with your address written on it. Upon arrival, you must show the confirmation email indicating that you can pick up your order.
Can I exchange my earrings?
If you want to exchange your earrings, we advise you to keep them intact in the original packaging without wearing them. Otherwise, if you have already worn them, unfortunately we will not be able to exchange them for you.
Can I pay by cash on delivery?
We only accept cash for customers who buy from marketplace.

Can I reserve items?
